Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Rajkot for an Import Export Executive. The role involves managing the end-to-end coordination of import-export activities, including documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and handling customs-related processes. The candidate will also work on enhancing supplier relationships, optimizing shipping processes, and ensuring timely deliveries while managing cost efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure streamlined logistics will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of import-export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance requirements
• Skills in logistics management, shipping coordination, and supplier communication
• Proficiency in planning, organization, and inventory management
• Knowledge of international trade laws and global sourcing practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the import-export domain is preferred
