Role & responsibilities:- MIS and reporting: Book closure at each month end by guiding / dealing with unit finance teams Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS Preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements. Timely and accurate reporting. Expert knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard, CARO, ICFR, Income Tax, ICDS, Tax audits, SEBI LODR and other related laws. Preparation of financial statements/ results as per stock exchange and Indian Accounting Standards at each quarter end. Dealing with Statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors and other consultants Preparation of Income tax computation and tax audit documents, getting the same audited with auditors/ consultants. Expert knowledge of Income tax, GST, Custom etc. Manage all reporting including, bank reporting and various management reporting. Management reporting on various matters. ICFR and Control testing Leading ICFR testing, identification of strengthening of controls, identification of risks and their mitigation controls, automation of manual controls, testing of application controls. Assist statutory auditors in control testing. Budget and forecast Preparation of yearly budget by collaborating with cross functional teams Preparation of rolling forecast every month. Preparation, monitoring and effective analysis of Budget, Forecast and Actual to highlight hidden efficiencies, if any. System operating procedures: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks and strengthen internal controls. Leadership: Taking initiatives, managing tasks, managing team, dealing with cross functional teams. Guide a professional finance team, foster a culture of learning, development and commitment to continuous improvement. Technological skills Well versed in MS Office (Excel, word and power point) Experience of working on ERPs (Oracle/SAP/Tally Prime etc.) Preferred candidate profile:- CA with 10-12 years of experience including 5-6 years of experience in a listed company Experience of Manufacturing/Service Industry Team Leader/Manager Experience in ERP Oracle/SAP Dealing with Big 4 Audit firms

Job Summary Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the continued development and implementation of a global trade compliance program. Investigative skills will be applicable in managing trade compliance with other countries, as needed. Acting as a regional trade compliance representative, you will maintain an active role in assuring compliance of import/ export activities in the company owned subsidiaries and offices in APJ. In respect of Customs regulations and import/export licence controls. Apply continuity with the global trade compliance programs by country. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and addressing trade compliance risk and Customs compliance risk. Job Description The initial focus of the Regulatory Compliance Manager is Export Control matters. This includes resolving potential DPL matches, transactional work with stakeholders, review of compliance holds on strategic or controlled goods-based end use/end user. The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for collating and analyzing metrics related to export controls. The job will also involve supporting integration of systematic export controls into ERP systems. The role will develop and extend into areas of Customs (import/export) operational controls and will be responsible for process improvement and productivity improvements in that area. Responsibilities: Be a subject matter expert and escalation person for matters related to trade compliance export control, sanctions, Customs compliance. Good technical and practical knowledge in customs and export control regulations in India, experience in Asia Pacific is a plus. Knowledge of US Export Administration Regulation and APJ Import and Export regulations. Operates without supervision within established guidelines. - Monitor Customs Clearance of Export shipments and ensure compliance with Customs and other statutory regulatory requirements. - Ensure compliance with RBI regulations in inward remittances received for Exports. - Scrutinize Letter of Credits and handle documentary negotiation with bank against the same. - Monitor closure of outstanding shipping bills - Monitor claim and realization of eligible export benefits. - Monitor Customs Clearance of Import shipments and resolve any issues arising therein. - Make written submissions and representations to Customs in connection with any notices or other letters issued by them. - Monitor closure of outstanding Bill of Entry. -Proper recording if transactions: Maintain proper record of numerous transactions, including purchases, sales, shipping costs, customs duties, and currency exchanges. Ensures that all these transactions are accurately recorded, categorized, and tracked. -Making financial reports: Generates different types of financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Budgeting and Planning: helps in budgeting and forecasting by analyzing past financial data and projecting future expenses, revenues, and cash flows. -Tax Compliance: Ensures compliance with tax regulations, timely filing of tax returns, and accurate calculation of tax liabilities to avoid penalties and legal issues. -Proper inventory management: Track inventory levels, costs, and movements of goods. -Management of currency - Better cost analysis -Risk management
