Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the Director. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the Director's calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications. - Preparing reports, presentations, and confidential documents. - Coordinating internal and external meetings/events. In addition to administrative tasks, you will also be involved in strategic and project support by: - Tracking and following up on strategic initiatives and key deliverables. - Supporting business reviews, data analysis, and decision-making. - Liaising with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution. - Conducting research and preparing briefs for strategic discussions. You will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely and effective communication on behalf of the Director. Required Functional Competencies: - Advanced MS Office Skills: Excel (dashboards, pivot tables), PowerPoint (presentations), Outlook (calendar/email management). - Digital Collaboration Tools: MS Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, OneDrive. - Data Handling & Reporting: Ability to work with business data, generate reports, and support analytics. - Document Management: Version control, formatting, and archiving. - Basic Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project is a plus. Preferred candidate profile: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.,
