About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO

of The White Group of Companies, which operates in the jewellery, clothing, and hospitality

industries. The ideal candidate will help streamline daily operations, manage personal and

business tasks, and ensure peak productivity. This role requires someone tech-savvy,

Key Responsibilities:

Business Support:

1. Manage and prioritise the Executive Director’s to-do list, calendar, meetings, and appointments.
2. Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. Assist in tracking tasks and deadlines to enhance productivity.
4. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
5. Coordinate with teams across jewellery, hospitality, and clothing businesses.
6. Support in performance tracking, purchase coordination, and all other business workflows.
7. Help other members of the Board.

Operational Efficiency:

1. Implement and manage office software tools for better workflow.
2. Organise data, files, and information for easy access for the Board.
3. Provide administrative support in CRM management and marketing campaigns.
4. Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and maintain HR coordination.

Personal & Lifestyle Management:

1. Oversee and coordinate household staff for smooth operations.
2. Create SOPs for household staff with the help of the HR Department.
3. Manage personal appointments, travel itineraries, and reservations.
4. Assist in managing family events and functions.
5. Assist in maintaining a structured diet and a wellness routine.
6. Research and recommend lifestyle improvements, productivity hacks, and wellness strategies.
7. Drive when needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an intern or a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Excel or Notion, Google Workspace & Android OS.
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi.
5. AI & tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset.
6. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
7. High level of attention to detail and follow-through.
8. Driving Licence.

Expected Remuneration (In Hand)

YEAR 1 approx. 2-3 LPA

YEAR 2 approx. 4-5 LPA

YEAR 3 approx. 6 LPA

We believe in rewarding commitment and impact. In the first year, the Executive Assistant

will receive a salary between ₹2 to ₹3 LPA, with the focus on learning the ropes, streamlining

tasks, and becoming an integral part of daily operations. By Year 2, based on performance

and initiative, the package will grow to ₹4 to ₹5 LPA. Year 3 marks a shift into a more

strategic role with compensation moving up to ₹6 LPA. From Year 4 onward, salary and

growth will be entirely performance-driven — based on how resourceful, proactive, and

indispensable you become to the leadership and the board. There will also be opportunities

for performance bonuses, role expansion, and deeper involvement in core decision-making

as trust and capability grow in the future.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Familiarity with luxury retail, hospitality, or e-commerce industries.
2. Interest in handling business operations and team coordination.
3. Understanding of AI productivity techniques.
