Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant for Siemens Healthineers, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Head of Point of Care International Markets. Your role will involve managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing communication materials, and ensuring seamless execution within a dynamic global business environment. You will play a crucial role in enabling the effective functioning of the international organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across regions and time zones. - Anticipate scheduling conflicts, operational bottlenecks, and stakeholder needs, proactively resolving or escalating issues as necessary. - Prepare high-quality communication drafts, meeting summaries, and briefing materials accurately and professionally. - Coordinate leadership and team meetings, ensuring effective preparation, logistics, documentation, and follow-up on action items. - Serve as a trusted liaison between the Head of Point of Care's office and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and credibility. - Track key deliverables, strategic initiatives, and timelines to ensure commitments are met. - Support cross-functional initiatives that require coordination, documentation, and process discipline. - Drive continuous improvement in administrative and operational processes to enhance the efficiency of the Point of Care leadership office. Qualification Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in multinational or matrix organizations. - Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and build strong working relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. - Strong process orientation with proven experience implementing structure, tracking systems, and workflow improvements. - Highly proactive and solutions-focused, able to anticipate challenges and take ownership for resolution. - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Additional Details: You will have an opportunity to closely work with the leadership of Siemens Healthineers" high-growth business segment, Point of Care Diagnostics. This role will allow you to play a pivotal role in the effective functioning of a diverse, high-performing international organization. Note: Preferred skills and experience include a high degree of integrity, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 10 years of experience assisting management teams is required, and any graduate with relevant experience can apply.,
