Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, often of a confidential nature. Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary. Attend meetings and take detailed minutes or notes as required. Manage communications including emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive. Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive. Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic budgeting for the executive's office. Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other executive-level documents. Organize and maintain filing systems both digital and physical. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role (3+ years preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. High level of discretion and professionalism.
