Job Summary:

Executive Assistant

Role & responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and administrative support to the Vice Chairman.
  • Manage and coordinate the Vice Chairman / Chairman's

    calendar

    schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Handle all

    travel arrangements

    , including visa processing, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Fix appointments

    with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain business

    reports

    , presentations, and communications.
  • Track and update

    MIS reports

    for the Vice Chairman / Chairman review.
  • Organize, file, and maintain confidential

    documents

    and records.
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow up on key tasks and deadlines.
  • Assist in managing office correspondence and high-priority communications.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in secretarial support.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
