Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Monitor resource allocation including manpower, materials, and machinery.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures at the site.
Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity estimation.
Identify technical issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
Plan and schedule work as per project timelines and deadlines.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans and design.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3-7 years of experience in building construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of civil works execution, site supervision, and quality standards.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Good understanding of quantity estimation and billing.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
