DRAUGHTSMAN (MALE/FEMALE) We are looking for an experienced draughtsman to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate architectural and detail drawings to support design and project execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings and detail drawings. Convert design drawings to precise technical drawings. Co-ordinate with architects, engineers and site teams. Ensure drawings meet project requirements, standards and codes. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors/diploma in civil or related field. 2-3 years of experience in drafting (Architectural projects preferred). Proficiency in Auto CAD (knowledge of SketchUp is a plus). Good understanding of construction methods and detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person

ARCHITECT (MALE/FEMALE) We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The role involves handling residential and commercial project from concept design to execution, ensuring creativity , functionality and compliance with standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture (B-Arch) or equivalent. 2-3 year experience in architectural design. Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Lumion, Photoshop or similar software.
