Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Role & responsibilities: Provide personal and administrative support to the Vice Chairman. Manage and coordinate the Vice Chairman / Chairman's calendar schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders. Handle all travel arrangements , including visa processing, bookings, and itineraries. Fix appointments with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Prepare and maintain business reports , presentations, and communications. Track and update MIS reports for the Vice Chairman / Chairman review. Organize, file, and maintain confidential documents and records. Coordinate internal communications and follow up on key tasks and deadlines. Assist in managing office correspondence and high-priority communications. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in secretarial support. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
