1. Technical Supervision Interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and plans. Oversee and inspect on-site work to ensure it aligns with design and safety standards. Coordinate with design team to resolve any technical issues that arise during construction. 2. Site Layout & Measurement Set out levels, elevations, and alignments using surveying instruments. Verify the accuracy of site measurements and layouts before work begins. 3. Quality Assurance Monitor work to ensure materials and workmanship meet required quality standards. Conduct inspections and tests on materials and structural elements. Prepare quality reports and ensure compliance with construction codes. 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and office project team to ensure smooth project execution. Act as a point of contact between the site team and project engineers. Participate in progress meetings and contribute to planning updates. 5. Health & Safety Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report and manage any safety issues or incidents on-site. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain site diaries and records of work progress, issues, and inspections. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports. Assist with preparation of as-built drawings and technical documentation. 7. Material & Equipment Management Check and confirm materials received on-site against specifications and delivery notes. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery. Ensure proper usage and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork, Chillers / Dx systems, exhaust fans, and cleanroom HVAC units. Diagnose and repair electrical issues in HVAC systems such as motors, compressors, control panels, wiring, and sensors. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Conduct site surveys to gather technical data, measurements, and project requirements. Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and BOQs. Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or cleanroom projects (as applicable).Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
Design and develop layouts for biomedical equipment, cleanrooms, modular ICUs, and related healthcare facilities using AutoCAD. Assist in project planning by preparing detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts. Collaborate with project, HVAC, and electrical teams for integrated healthcare facility design. Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and requirement analysis for biomedical equipment installation. Support procurement and technical evaluation of biomedical devices and related systems. Provide technical support for installation, calibration, testing, and maintenance of biomedical equipment.
