Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our owner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the owner, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate travel arrangements, make reservations, and book flights as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the owner.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
