We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Steno Typist to join our team in Kurukshetra. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the team by handling correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare and edit documents, including letters, memos, and presentations, with high accuracy and speed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Proficient in stenography and typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
Excellent knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling rules.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
