We partner with healthcare providers to enhance the efficiency of their medical equipment procurement processes, ensuring timely and reliable access to essential medical devices.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Kolkata. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing the diary and schedules of the Managing Director, and facilitating communication. Daily tasks include coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and assisting with project management and other administrative duties as needed.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and time management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is advantageous
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information


Responsibilities:

• Handling all Secretarial duties.

• Dealing with Director’s daily email.

• Act as a bridge between the Director and various departments, ensuring smooth communication.

• Following up with the employees according to their work list.

• Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.

• Maintain organized records and ensure document confidentiality.

• Point of contact for Director.


Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

• A minimum 2-3 years of experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
