Manager - Growth & Development

Job Description: The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sale of Diagnostic Reagents within West Bengal. The primary goal is to co-ordinate with customers, OEMs & maintain day to day observations with regards to sales, logistics, payments, pre-orders etc. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage appointments with Labs & Diagnostic Centres, procurement teams, and administrators to discuss any on-going issues. Manage and nurture all leads and customers within a designated territory. Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders. Ensure timely processing of orders and coordination of on-time delivery aligning with timelines and client expectations. Perform OEM cost calculations Timely follow-up for payments. Candidate Profile: Experience: Must have 2-3 years of experience in the medical device/equipment industry. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
