Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant

ONSITE NIGHT SHIFT ONLY

Position Summary:

ONSITE NIGHT SHIFT ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other C-Suite members
Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
Assist in preparing professional presentations, reports, and communications
Review and organize documentation, contracts, and proposals for internal and client-facing use
Support in managing confidential information with the utmost discretion
Coordinate internal communications between departments and external vendors/clients
Help with logistics for events, board meetings, or client engagements
Contribute to special projects and operational improvements as required

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Experience in a technology, cybersecurity, or professional services environment is a strong asset
Must have worked with a Big 4 consulting company or of similar size
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting
Background in or familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, or technical documentation is highly preferred
