What You’ll Do

Founder Partnership

• Work closely with the founder to free him from operational load and enable focus on growth

• Anticipate issues, close loops proactively, and keep decisions moving

• Prepare briefs, follow-ups, and meeting summaries

Executive Support

• Manage calendar, meetings, travel and priorities

• Own email and WhatsApp follow-ups, trackers, and reminders

• Create simple MIS and weekly reviews for ongoing work

Client & Project Coordination

• Coordinate client communication, updates, and next steps

• Translate briefs into internal action plans and track delivery

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and vendor dependencies

Business Operations

• Support day-to-day operations — vendor coordination, invoices, documentation

• Assist finance in tracking POs, payments, and vendor dues

• Keep internal folders and trackers organised

People & Culture

• Help with hiring, onboarding, and basic HR processes

• Maintain attendance and leave discipline

• Contribute to a no-drama, high-ownership culture

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in executive assistance, operations, or client coordination (agency or creative setup preferred)

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Organised, reliable, and quick at prioritising tasks

• Hands-on with Google Sheets, Docs, and project trackers

• Ownership mindset with a bias for action and growth
