The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, correcting, and maintaining accurate color shades in textured coatings, ensuring visual consistency and quality across production batches. This role is critical for upholding brand aesthetics and customer satisfaction in premium wall texture finishes. Key Responsibilities: Accurately match shades across different texture finishes (e.g., rustic, marble, stone, metallic, etc.) using both manual and computerized systems. Develop and correct color formulations based on customer samples, design specifications, or reference shades. Conduct trial batches and oversee lab-to-production scale-up for new shade development. Perform QC checks for color consistency during and post-manufacturing. Maintain a shade library and update formulation records for all texture systems.
