Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director of Marketing

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Director of Marketing in daily operations, project coordination, and communication management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Handle expense reports, vendor invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system (physical and digital).

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth information flow.

3. Project Assistance

  • Assist in managing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct market or competitor research as required.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain performance trackers and prepare regular progress reports for the Director.
  • Support in data collection, presentation preparation, and performance analysis.

5. Confidential Support

  • Handle sensitive business information with discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of strategic plans and client information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in the marketing, advertising, or creative industry.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing processes, trends, and terminology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
