Role & responsibilities

  • Collection of Quotation and revert on mail send to the clients
  • Prepare enquiry sheet & send report send to the seniors.
  • Ensure operational coordination.
  • Receiving files & maintain the record.
  • Verify PO with shared quotation with customers.
  • Make Quotation.
  • Carry out fundamental administrative tasks, such as printing, emailing and obtaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate and assist the sales team.
  • Sales coordination
  • Support with inventory management.
  • Plan monthly meetings and schedule updates.
  • Process business invoices, bills and receipts.
  • The capacity to cooperate in a group.
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
