Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Reporting

• Assist the Director in managing daily sales operations, client updates, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, targets, and lead conversion data in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams for updates, quotations, and client follow-ups.
• Help prepare presentations, proposals, and documentation for client meetings.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Support

• Communicate with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers on behalf of the Director.
• Handle scheduling of client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups on quotations and orders.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

3. Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage the Director’s calendar — meetings, travel, and event coordination.
• Record minutes of sales meetings and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, marketing) for order status, dispatch, and client satisfaction.

4. Marketing & Business Support

• Assist in preparing marketing materials, product catalogs, and brochures for client distribution.
• Support marketing events, exhibitions, and contractor meets.
• Maintain client database, CRM updates, and new business leads.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
• Professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of sales process and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, executive assistant, or marketing support roles.
• Experience in the paint, building material, or interior industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
