Objective

This role anchors both the strategic and operational priorities of the CXOs office ensuring fundamentals are run seamlessly while also applying business judgment and structured thinking to enable sharper, faster decision-making.

Core Mandate

1. Priorities & Calendar

  • Turn the CXOs vision into a clear weekly agenda.
  • Run the calendar, travel, external agenda’s with zero misses — meetings prepped, conflicts resolved, Leader always ready.

2. Information & Decisions

  • Filter noise, surface signal.
  • Pull inputs from teams (Product, Ops, Finance, HR, Investors) into crisp briefs.
  • Log decisions and track them to closure.
  • Chase actions, close loops, keep teams accountable.

4. Communication & Culture

  • Draft key emails, notes and announcements.
  • Be the first voice of the CXO’s office — professional, fast, empathetic.

Success in Role (6–12 months)

  • CXO’s bandwidth is doubled; more time goes to vision, less to firefighting.
  • Calendar reflects strategy, not noise.
  • Teams are clear, accountable and deliver without constant follow-up.
  • Communication and office execution is consistent, sharp, and trusted.

Who are you

  • Experience

    : 3–6 years in Ops, consulting, investor relations or a Founder’s/CEO’s office.
  • Education

    : Background in business, commerce, economics, or related fields (MBA a plus, but not mandatory).
