About the Project:

We’re building Ahmednagar’s first Agriculture Mall – a one-stop destination for farmers to buy seeds, fertilizers, tools, drip pipes, tractors, and agri machines all under one roof.

But we’re not guessing what to keep in stock. This internship is about helping us understand what real farmers actually need and shaping this model from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

Visit farms, markets, and nearby villages

Talk to farmers, agri shopkeepers, and machinery dealers

Identify top-selling seeds, fertilizers, tools, and machines

Study what’s missing in the current local agri supply chain

Research ongoing government schemes, subsidies, and benefits

Share simple daily/weekly reports and recommendations

Support in building a practical, farmer-first model for the Agriculture Mall

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Based in Ahmednagar or can stay here during internship

✔️ Loves talking to people and figuring out what they need

✔️ Interested in agriculture, rural economy, or government schemes

✔️ Knows basic English and can work on Google Sheets/Docs

➕ Marathi language knowledge is a strong bonus

➕ Two-wheeler for field visits is helpful
