About the Role:

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Director
• Act as the primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
• Draft, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports
• Assist in preparing notes, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
• Support marketing, CRM, and HR initiatives with coordination and documentation
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (luxury/retail industry is a plus)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic presentation tools
• Discreet, dependable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
• Passion for jewelry, design, or the luxury space is an added advantage
