About the Role:

Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches
• Support social media management — scheduling posts, writing captions, and engaging with followers
• Coordinate photoshoots, vendor partners, and creative content production
• Contribute ideas for storytelling, visuals, and brand communication
• Assist with in-store events, exhibitions, and pop-ups to enhance customer experience
• Support customer engagement initiatives like WhatsApp campaigns, newsletters, and festive gifting
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Maintain marketing calendars, assets, and reports on campaign performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field
• 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships count!) — luxury/fashion/jewelry preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram a must) and tools like Canva
• Aesthetic sense with an eye for detail and design
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Passion for jewelry, fashion, or luxury lifestyle is a big plus
