Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and preparing expense reports. The role involves supporting executives in their day-to-day tasks to ensure operational efficiency. The job would also include follow-up tasks, research work and any other tasks related to increasing operational efficiency of the company. The job would also require HR capabilities primarily recruitment and sourcing. Qualifications HR capabilities (primarily recruitment and sourcing) Strong follow-up ability to get the desired results Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and other research reports Strong Executive Support skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Prior experience in a high-pressure executive environment is a plus Show more Show less
