Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Client Services located in Mumbai. The Director of Client Services will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading a team, and handling day-to-day client service operations. Key duties include overseeing client services, analyzing client needs, implementing effective service strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
