Executive Assistant

Salary Range: ₹12K - ₹20K per month

Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

Role Description:

At Get Catalyzed, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients globally across various industries, helping them improve their efficiency by managing diverse tasks virtually.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Enter and maintain accurate data across spreadsheets and CRM tools, including lead lists, research notes, and client records.
• Conduct online research to identify trends, insights, and competitor information, and compile findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Support scheduling and calendar management to ensure timely meetings and well-coordinated team activities.
• Manage inboxes by organizing emails, handling follow-ups, and flagging priority messages as per client preferences.
• Assist in maintaining and growing LinkedIn presence by handling profile activity, engagement, and relevant social media tasks.
• Coordinate basic travel logistics, provide assistance to client queries, and support ongoing project research and operations.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Communicate effectively in English - both written and verbal - with attention to detail and a readiness to learn new tools and systems.
