Job Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Wordpress Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience, at Get Catalyzed. The Wordpress Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, front-end development, responsive web design and web development tasks. With a combination of programming skills (HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript) and an eye for aesthetics, you'll be creating visually stunning and highly functional websites. We're looking for someone who stays on top of industry trends and has experience with responsive and adaptive design. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages to ensure high performance and availability. Implement enhancements and improvements to our existing website. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to ensure optimal website performance. Collaborate with clients and project managers to implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX designs. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Optimize website speed and performance for better user experience and SEO. Stay updated with WordPress trends, themes, plugins, and security best practices. Required Skills & Experience Strong Experience of WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. Familiarity with Shopify and Wix is a plus. Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, including Elementor, WooCommerce, WordPress REST API and other page builders. Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
