Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to senior management and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional writing and communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within the Hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism is crucial.
