Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Solan, H.P Reports To: Marketing Director Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence; respond on behalf of the executive where appropriate. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, documents, and correspondence. Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, team events, and off-site functions. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Track and manage expenses, prepare reimbursements, and handle other finance-related tasks as needed. Assist in project management, research, and special assignments as directed by the executive. Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all meetings and events. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of professionalism. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience supporting C-level executives. Project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours due to executive schedules or travel.
