Role Overview

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain work calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Take accurate notes during meetings, capturing key points and action items.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing workflow for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
