Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate must possess a valid passport and be ready to travel or relocate at short notice to different locations as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination (both virtual and on-site).
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Assist in event planning, business visits, and client meetings across locations.
Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
Anticipate executive needs and ensure efficient day-to-day workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
