Key Responsibilities: Product Listings & Catalog Management Upload and manage product listings across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and/or company website. Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO and sales performance. Ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and product information at all times. Order & Inventory Management Monitor and process online orders in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams. Track inventory levels and restock alerts to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service issues. Sales & Performance Analysis Monitor daily/weekly sales reports, traffic, and conversion metrics. Suggest improvements based on data insights to increase sales and customer engagement. Digital Marketing Support Assist in executing online promotions, campaigns, and discounts. Collaborate with the marketing team for SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media promotions. Marketplace & Platform Coordination Liaise with marketplace account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for campaign opportunities and problem resolution.
