Executive Assistant

As we scale, we're looking for an Executive Assistant to be the operational backbone of our leadership - someone who thrives on structure, ownership, and getting things done.

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder and leadership team in our Faridabad office. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1-3 years of experience) who is extremely organized, sharp with reporting, and capable of conducting deep, actionable research. If you’re looking to grow with a startup and wear multiple hats, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Time & Calendar Management: Organize & prioritize schedules, manage appointments, meetings, and reminders.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare concise business reports, meeting notes, and project updates.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research across markets, competitors, products, and operations to support strategic decisions.
• Follow-Ups & Coordination: Track pending tasks, manage communications, and ensure timely execution across stakeholders.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily tasks, documentation, internal processes, and general business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an operations/support role (startup or founder support experience is a plus)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong report writing and presentation abilities
• Ability to conduct detailed online research and turn insights into action
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace / MS Office / Asana / Zoho CRM
• Highly reliable, discreet, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Faridabad – this is an in-office role
