📌 Position Overview

Executive Assistant


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Lead Management & Business Development Support

  • Track and follow up on new leads, ensuring timely responses and nurturing potential opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and communication for prospective clients.
  • Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events, training sessions, and client meetings.
  • MIS Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership review.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and official communication with precision and clarity.
  • Team Management & Internal Communication

  • Support team coordination, ensuring tasks are aligned with company goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between leadership and team members.
  • Presentation & Content Creation

  • Design impactful presentations for client meetings, training sessions, and internal reviews.
  • Assist in multimedia storytelling and branding initiatives.
  • AI & Digital Tools Integration

  • Leverage AI tools for productivity, reporting, and presentation enhancement.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI trends to support digital transformation initiatives.
