JD :

• Providing administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf.
• Maintaining comprehensive, organized, and accurate records, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Performing minor accounting duties, including expense tracking, invoicing, and budgeting assistance.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
• Welcoming visitors, identifying the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate department or executive.
• Conducting in-depth research on industry trends, market analysis, competitor activities, and relevant news, providing reports to inform business strategies.
• Assisting with operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, such as managing supply orders, coordinating between departments, and supporting project implementation.
• Collaborating with teams to streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
