Commercial Support Specialist

What you will bring

• Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communication with internal and external healthcare stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to healthcare product updates, launches, and compliance needs.
• Support cross-functional teams by tracking project timelines, product milestones, and key deliverables.
• Assist in data consolidation, MIS, and analytics for business reviews and healthcare regulatory submissions.
• Streamline operational workflows, manage travel/logistics, and ensure seamless executive operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Support planning and coordination of internal team meetings, offsites, and Marketing-sponsored webinars by handling scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics
• Partner with Commercial leaders and the Events or Marketing team to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables for team-facing events
