We’re Hiring | Executive Assistant (EA) to Founder and Managing Partner

Role Overview

Executive Assistant (EA)

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Act as a primary point of coordination between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), action trackers, and reminders.

Financial & Data Support

  • Assist in preparing financial summaries, reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Track expenses, budgets, and financial data as required by the Chairman.
  • Support analysis of financial and operational data using advanced Excel tools.

Excel & Reporting Excellence

  • Create and manage complex Excel sheets, trackers, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
  • Maintain structured data repositories and real-time reporting formats.

Coordination & Communication

  • Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, consultants, banks, and government bodies as required.
  • Follow up on critical tasks, deadlines, and commitments.

Confidentiality & Governance

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance-related files.
  • Ensure timely execution of instructions and alignment with organizational priorities.
Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in 

    Commerce / Finance / Business Administration / Economics

  • MBA (Finance / Operations / General Management)

     preferred

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 

    5 years of experience

     as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Strong 

    financial understanding

     and ability to interpret numbers and reports
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel

     (advanced formulas, dashboards, data analysis)
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, email, and calendar management tools
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
