ResponsibiliesWe are looking for office and Accounts Executive at our Pune Head Office. Suitable Candidates can apply on- hr@tecknowcon.com- tecknowcon@gmail.comOffice and Accounts Executive - The responsibilities of an office Executive are multifaceted, requiring a blend of organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and relevant commercial knowledge.Core Roles and responsibilities• Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, from reception duties to ensuring common areas are maintained.• Accounting: Company’s Accounting, invoicing, follow up for payments• Commercial Contracts: Coordinate review of contracts. Ensure stage wise completion & invoicing• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, e.g. handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing reports.• Staff Management and Scheduling: Support Technical staff and Management for scheduling, travelling, office related matters.• HR assistance: Assist with HR functions like onboarding new employees and helping manage personnel records.• Organize Trainings: Coordinating with customers and candidates for Trainings make sure trainings are conducted smoothly. Maintain Records for attendance, results and issue of certificates with help of Technical staff• Documentation: Maintaining and organizing important documents, records, and files. Support for ISO 9001 QMS activities for company• Office Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, ensuring everything is in good working condition. This includes coordinating repairs, managing janitorial services, and ensuring the workplace is safe and comfortable for all employees.• Payroll: Overseeing the payroll process and ensuring timely payments to employees.• Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding office policies, benefits, and other HR-related queries. Being approachable and knowledgeable in this area helps maintain a positive work environment• Internal and External Communication: Ensuring effective communication within the office, Managing correspondence with clients, suppliers, and other external partiesEssential experience and Skills• Knowledge of Accounting: Candidate must be aware of basics of accounting, Banking, GST, TDS etc. and shall be capable of handling the accounting independently and assist company’s CA• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written English communication skills• Computer Proficiency: hands on in MS office such as word, excel PowerPoint etc.• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and Executive skills to oversee office staff and customers• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and administrative tasks.Education and Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce/ finance or similar• Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar role• Professional Qualifications: Knowledge of Tally 2025• Computer literacy: Knowledge of MS office tools, word, Excel Power point etc.What we Offer• Compensation: Compensation matching industry standards• Location: Head office at Pune• Exposure to international business environment• Steady Growth opportunities• Smooth and Friendly work environment• Opportunities for personnel development as you grow with company• Opportunities for overseas assignments available for suitable candidatesNotes –- A minimum engagement period expected is 3 years or more, we believe if long term association- This position requires reporting to Manager/ COO/ CEO
