The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing welding activities, conducting non-destructive testing (NDT), ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining the highest levels of quality assurance and control across projects. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and approve Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), WPQR, and welder qualifications as per international standards (ASME, ISO, EN, etc.) Perform and supervise NDT methods including UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT Interpret NDT results and prepare detailed inspection and testing reports Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ISO 3834, EN 1090, EN 15085, ASME) Conduct audits and quality checks at vendor and site locations Support training and qualification of welders and NDT personnel Qualifications & Skills: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering Knowledge of welding standards and procedures (IWE/IWT preferred) Hands-on experience with welding inspections and NDT techniques Good understanding of QA/QC protocols Strong analytical and report-writing skills Willingness to travel for field/site inspections Benefits Exposure to domestic and international projects Opportunities for certification and skill development Dynamic and supportive work environment Competitive salary and travel allowances

Core Roles and responsibilities • Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, from reception duties to ensuring common areas are maintained. • Accounting: Company’s Accounting, invoicing, follow up for payments • Commercial Contracts: Coordinate review of contracts. Ensure stage wise completion & invoicing • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, e.g. handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing reports. • Staff Management and Scheduling: Support Technical staff and Management for scheduling, travelling, office related matters. • HR assistance: Assist with HR functions like onboarding new employees and helping manage personnel records. • Organize Trainings: Coordinating with customers and candidates for Trainings make sure trainings are conducted smoothly. Being approachable and knowledgeable in this area helps maintain a positive work environment • Internal and External Communication: Ensuring effective communication within the office, Managing correspondence with clients, suppliers, and other external parties Essential experience and Skills • Knowledge of Accounting: Candidate must be aware of basics of accounting, Banking, GST, TDS etc. and shall be capable of handling the accounting independently and assist company’s CA • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written English communication skills • Computer Proficiency: hands on in MS office such as word, excel PowerPoint etc. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and Executive skills to oversee office staff and customers • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and administrative tasks.
