Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and supports overall financial efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory.
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting/finance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
