Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable modules.
Enter, manage, and reconcile financial data in Navision / Business Central or similar ERP.
Generate system-based reports related to financials, inventory, and vendor/customer statements.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions.
Support implementation, upgrades, or migration of ERP modules if required.
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer reconciliation.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial summaries, and ageing analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SAP, Tally Prime, or any major ERP platform.
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory requirements.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
