Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Daily accounting entries in ERP
  2. Purchase, Journal, Bank Payments & Receipts
  3. RA Bills, Petty Cash / Site Cash transactions
  4. Strong bookkeeping and documentation management
  5. Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
  6. Vendor and General Ledger reconciliations
  7. GST & TDS knowledge
  8. Follow-up with vendors, site teams, and cross-functional departments
  9. Coordination with Head Office and Internal Departments for accounting queries
  10. Assist in internal/external audits with required schedules and reports

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience (Construction Industry preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in ERP environment
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel mandatory)
  • Good communication skills and proactive work attitude
  • Ability to work independently and support site teams
