Job Title - Executive Department - Accounts & Finance Reporting To - Finance Manager / Director Eligibility: Male Candidates Only Company - Bergen Associates Pvt. Ltd. Location - Gurgaon (Candidates must be based in Gurgaon or the NCR region and should be willing to relocate to Gurgaon)
Minimum Qualification: • B.Com, M.Com • Pursuing Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience Required: • Minimum 1 year articleship in any reputed CA firm.
Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of MIS Reports on monthly basis. • Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports. • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. • Manage bank reconciliations, fund flow statements, and cash flow management. • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data. • Liaise with external agencies such as banks, auditors, and tax consultants.
Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of SAP/ Tally Prime / ERP systems and MS Excel. • Good understanding of accounting standards and taxation laws. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Strong communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
