Job Description: Investor Relations ( Venture Capital ) Position Overview : As a Investor Relations Manager in Venture Capital, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our investor base. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales team in identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential investors. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. Process vendor invoices and prepare payments. Prepare and post journal entries. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Handle petty cash management. Process online banking payments/cheques/NEFT/RTGS. Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Tally/Excel & Typing ( English ).
