Technician Engineer Solar EPC Installation

**Role Overview:** As a Technician Engineer specializing in Solar EPC Installation at Bergen Group, you will play a crucial role in installing Solar Rooftop systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients in the Haryana and NCR region. You will be part of Bergen Group, a prominent provider of solutions in PCB Manufacturing, PCB Assembly, Solar Manufacturing, and Power Generation. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, ensuring work area safety, installing solar panels and electrical components, and testing and commissioning to guarantee proper functionality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct site surveys to evaluate feasibility and installation needs. - Ensure work areas are secured and safety protocols are followed. - Install solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components. - Wire and connect solar panels to inverters and other electrical equipment. - Test and commission systems for functionality. - Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures. - Collaborate efficiently with team members and clients. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in solar panel installation or relevant electrical field. - Proficiency in solar panel systems and electrical components. - Sound knowledge of safety protocols for working at heights and with electrical systems. - Excellent manual dexterity and tool-handling skills. - Preferably possess a valid driver's license. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to work independently and within a team. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability. - Qualifications: Diploma & ITI or any vocational courses in the electrical field.
