Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in event sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
