High-Volume Outbound CallingExecute 100-200 outbound calls daily using a provided database to invite, inform, and engage potential attendees about company events, products, or services. Clearly and articulately present event details, value propositions, and relevant information to prospects. Handle questions and provide accurate basic information. 2. Event & Guest List ManagementManage and maintain the event guest list both before and after the event, ensuring data accuracy and organization. Follow up with confirmed attendees and interested contacts as directed by the Event Management team. Support the Event Team by communicating attendee information, feedback, and special queries efficiently. 3. Administrative SupportMaintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all calling activity and guest interactions within the CRM/database system. Document queries, feedback, and essential contact notes accurately. Collaborate closely with the Event Management and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on communication strategy. 💻 Requirements & Essential SkillsProven Experience: Demonstrated great experience in any telecalling, customer service, or high-volume outbound communication role. Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive telephone manner. Fluency in required regional languages (if applicable) is a plus. Work-from-Home Discipline: Must possess the highest level of discipline and self-motivation to complete the assigned daily call volume (100-200 calls) and administrative tasks independently. Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet dedicated workspace, and a professional-grade headset.
