Job Description

Production Manager - Events Key Responsibilities 1. Event Production Planning & Execution Plan and execute event production timelines, layouts, and logistics. Ensure smooth venue setup and dismantling within the agreed timelines. Oversee stage, sound, lighting, AV setups, fabrication, and decor installation. Work closely with the design team to bring creative concepts to life. 2. Vendor & Logistics Management Identify and coordinate with vendors for staging, AV, decor, and rentals. Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions. Ensure timely material procurement, transportation, and vendor deliveries. 3. On-Site Event Execution & Troubleshooting Supervise on-ground production during events, ensuring smooth operations. Handle last-minute technical issues, production delays, or setup changes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and regulations. 4. Budget & Cost Control Work within allocated budgets and control production costs. Provide cost estimates, purchase approvals, and expense reports. 5. Interdepartmental Coordination With Business Development & Amp; Client Servicing Teams – Ensure client requirements are translated into production deliverables.
